S Resorts Hidden Valley Bali

When I booked the hotel tells me my room would be ocean view, but the hotel not facing the ocean at all, not even close. The bathroom is smelly. One time complimentary water, then I have to refill the bottles from the fountain!

Honestly, such an amazing place to stay for all the right reasons. It's hidden within the jungle, so it's super quiet from the main road. Only a 10-minute scooter ride to hit the shops and restaurants. Within the resort, they offer many facilities, including a gym, yoga every morning (highly recommended), amazing food at the restaurant (breakfast included is worth it), scooter hire, laundry services, free transport to and from the beaches, and transport to and from the airport. The staff there were amazing and very attentive to your needs. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again.

Truly enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Also, our 2-floor bungalow was cozy and clean - very nice! Truly recommend staying here.

The ambiance, the facilities, the staff were excellent. Very welcoming, genuine in their desire to help and assist where needed. The pool area was also very good and the kids loved the Games Pool table and table tennis. Food and drinks were also very good and enjoyable.

The single beds. I had a family room and my son couldn't sleep in the bed so I had to switch with him and indeed he was right that the bed was very hard to sleep on. The queen size bed in the adult room was lovely. Pillows were also good.

Staff were great and the gym is just as pictured. Spa on site has good prices and quality.

Resort is starting to get a little run down. Air conditioner barely cooled the room. Bathroom was out of date and shower didn't drain and flooded. Bean bags by the pool smell. Yoga was extra cost.

Well kept garden and pools. Many options for breakfast. Extra pay for meal additions and good coffee. Gym exceeded our expectations - it was bigger and better than photos. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom very very small but had everything you need. Also I absolutely loved the smell of their fresh towels!

We had very worn out mattresses on arrival. Couldn't sleep well the first night but luckily they changed both mattresses next morning. Room was without balcony. I didn't notice this from the photos beforehand.

Warm and welcoming staff, service was great. Enjoyed the late night dining & room service options, variety of food & drinks, happy hour everyday made the stay even more enjoyable.

Location - this place is definitely hidden about 10min - 15min drive from main Uluwatu city centre, however not too hard to order grab or gojek. They offer shuttle service to popular beaches for free and airport shuttle for small fee - suggestion for a shuttle to main city strip in Ulu.

The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant experience. The pool was lovely, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. The food was excellent, and the facilities met expectations. Overall, great value for a 4-star property. We recommend staying there.

The location isn’t very walkable, and phone service could be better. The toilet occasionally had a slight odor, but nothing too concerning. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was pleasant.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great massage, the gym was large and well equipped. Food was tasty and well cooked.

The bathroom was a tired, and smelt a little musty.

The hotel, pool, restaurant, staff, and location were all excellent. Despite being immersed in nature, I didn't see any insects. I was really pleased with the shuttle service to the beaches. There are water fountains on every floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything was excellent. I'd definitely like to come back.

A peaceful oasis in busy UluwatuWe had a lovely stay at this calm and quiet place in the heart of bustling Uluwatu. Surrounded by lots of greenery, the atmosphere was very relaxing. The swimming pools were great, and our room was clean and comfortable. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Access to the property was slightly challenging due to the road, but it didn’t affect our overall experience

Coffee is nescafe and cold,Bathroom and toilet each othet and so so so small, bathroom has a curtain and it is so dirty:(

beautiful pools and garden area, a 15-20min taxi to the beach or nearby cafes (grabs are easy to get)

Housekeeping needs improvement - our room was not serviced properly (we did not receive fresh towels, the water was not replenished and dirty tea cups were left in the room). Overall while the outdoor area is beautiful the actual service during the stay was not up to standards of a 4 start hotel - poor quality bath towels, slow breakfast service and the aircon kept switching off during the night.

Quite and very relaxing

Was very good . Staff were very attentive but could do a bit of training to give them confidence .

everything was just perfect. resort is approx 5 minutes from the main road and with bike approx 20 minutes to the main center of uluwatu (when traffic) and the good restaurants. If you are looking more for quite and peaceful place this is a perfect choice.

Staff were very helpful, nice pool area and access to a gym was useful. Massage and Yoga classes were also a great nice to have.

Slightly out of the way, but the complementary shuttle bus is offered which is very helpful.

The resort is about a 1km off the main road, so it's very quiet and green. Warm welcome with a glass of fruit juice or tea. I had a room on the first floor with a view over the two pools. They put up small lights in the evening (and light a fire by the pool) which makes the place almost magical when it turns dark. Staff very friendly, offering advice on things to do around Uluwatu and helping with booking stuff.I loved spending my day on the terrace with a smoothie or by the pool. The restaurant has a good choice of traditional Indonesian food and more international dishes and great drinks.

Nothing really

Had a lovely stay. The rooms are simple but spacious and functional. Everything was spotless and as someone who’s quite particular about cleanliness, I couldn’t fault it.The bathrooms could use a bit of an update, but it was perfectly fine overall. Breakfast was a highlight with great options to choose from and really tasty.The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The location is a bit tucked away (true to the name), which may or may not suit everyone, but I personally enjoyed the quiet. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.I didn’t use the swimming pool or other facilities, but they all appeared to be in great condition, with plenty of other guests making good use of them.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and food is amaising. Massages is a must.
